- Lead end-to-end R&D; and NPD projects from concept to production.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets and resources.
- Drive tractor platform development, product improvement and engineering projects.
- Coordinate with Design, Testing, Homologation, Quality, Manufacturing, SCM and Service teams.
- Track project progress, risks, delays and critical issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Conduct project reviews and ensure milestone and action-plan closure.
- Manage prototype, engineering changes, testing and validation activities.
- Ensure project delivery within cost, quality, performance and timeline targets.
- Support VA/VE, cost reduction and product upgrades.
- Prepare project dashboards, MIS and management reports for senior leadership.
- Improve PMO processes, project tracking systems and governance mechanisms.
- Lead project teams and ensure effective cross-functional collaboration.
