Role Description The Senior Manager or Head of Customer Relationship Management at GuideNX is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for designing and leading CRM strategies that deepen client relationships, improve retention, and support long-term partnerships.

Day-to-day activities include overseeing client onboarding and engagement, managing key accounts, analyzing customer data to identify opportunities, and driving initiatives that enhance the overall client experience. The role involves close collaboration with HR advisory, recruitment, and assessment teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations and business goals. The leader in this position will also build and mentor a customer relationship team, establish performance metrics, and continuously refine processes to support sustainable growth.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in customer relationship management, client servicing, and account management, with a track record of managing strategic or key accounts.
- Experience in CRM strategy,



customer lifecycle management, and customer success, including the ability to use customer insights to drive engagement and retention.
- Skills in data analysis, reporting, and use of CRM tools or platforms to track performance, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Leadership capabilities, including team building, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration with HR, recruitment, and assessment stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to represent the organization in client meetings and strategic discussions.
- Background in HR services, recruitment, consulting, or related professional services is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, HR, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent qualified experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and thrive in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment focused on long-term client partnerships.
