We are seeking an experienced packaging sales professional with 10+ years of proven track record to lead market expansion across North India. The candidate will drive sales for folding mono cartons, corrugated boxes, and specialized value-added packaging solutions (including specialized coatings, metallized substrates, foil stamping, embossing, and security features). This role requires deep established client networks across key industrial belts in Chandigarh, H.P. (e.g., Baddi, Solan), and J&K; (e.g., Jammu, Kathua, Samba).

Key Responsibilities

- Revenue Generation &
- Market Expansion:

Identify, target, and acquire recent B2B accounts in Pharma, FMCG, Food &
- Beverage and Consumer Goods sectors across Chandigarh, H.P., and J&K.;
- Value-Added Sales Focus: Upsell premium, high-margin packaging innovations (VAP) alongside high-volume mono cartons and corrugated requirements to maximize profit margins.
- Key Account Management: Maintain robust relationships with purchase heads, packaging development leads, and brand managers at top tier-1 and tier-2 client accounts.
- Commercial &
- Technical Negotiation: Manage pricing proposals, credit terms, yield calculations, and contract negotiations to ensure target profitability.




- Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate with internal R&D;, structural design, artwork/prepress, and plant production teams to deliver tailored packaging solutions.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor market dynamics, raw material price shifts (paper/kraft paperboard trends), and competitor activity across Northern territories.

Required Experience &

- Qualifications:

- Product Expertise: In-depth technical knowledge of mono cartons (offset printing, folding box board, solid bleached board) and corrugated packaging (flute types, bursting strength, compression tests), along with high-end surface finishing techniques.
- Territory Footprint: Strong, active client relationships and existing networks in Chandigarh, Himachal Pradesh, and Jammu &
- Kashmir.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a specialized Diploma/Degree from the Indian Institute of Packaging (IIP) or equivalent.
- Key Skills: Consultative selling, structural packaging understanding, contract negotiation, territory management, and revenue forecasting.
