Oversee 3 factories situated in Kundli
Reporting to - Factory GM and dotted reporting to DGM - Finance and accounts.
Job responsibilities
- Financial Accounting:
1) Manage day-to-day factory accounting operations, including handling of general ledger entries, invoices, payments, review of timely MRN and reconciliations.
- Prepare IND AS Financial statements of the Company on quarterly basis. Ensure Books are closed as per the IND AS requirements.
- Deal with the Statutory Auditors for closure of the Audit as per the requirements of the Company and Group Auditors.
- Inter Department interaction to ensure the data and books are closed on time.
- Internal Audit Deal with the Internal Audit for the plant audits and ensure the audit observation are Constructively implemented in plant.
- Factory Insurance - In coordination with HO Insurance team ensure the factory insurance is covered for All assets and location of KNS.
- Reconciliation: Handle intra Company reconciliation monthly & quarterly
- MIS Prepare factory budget for the quarter/ year. Also compare budget vs Actual.
- Should be actively involved in Automation of Finance and Accounts department. Training to team members as part of team development.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and ensure smooth financial operations across the organization.
- Any other commercial work which the factory manager/ GM assigns.
