About the job

Zepto is seeking dynamic professionals to join the Ethics and Compliance Team to strengthen and uphold the company’s core culture and values. The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing end-to-end ethics investigations, including conducting interviews, preparing investigation reports, and presenting findings. They should be skilled in handling confidential and sensitive information, conducting Electronic Stored Information (ESI) reviews, coordinating with process owners, managing data collection and proactive identification of process gaps and fraud risks.

Responsibilities, aka, what we’d like you to deliver :

- Conduct end-to-end investigations of whistleblower complaints, including developing investigation workplans, conducting interviews, performing data analysis,



preparing reports, and identifying appropriate remediation measures.
- Collaborate closely with process owners, department heads, and key stakeholders to facilitate data collection, establish facts, and provide periodic investigation updates.
- Assist in the design, development, and delivery of Ethics & Compliance training programs, tailoring initiatives based on fraud risks identified through investigations and emerging risk areas.
- Support the implementation of remediation actions and ongoing monitoring of Ethics policies and procedures, ensuring consistent execution across the organization.
- Communicate investigation findings, risk assessments, and recommendations to senior management and relevant committees.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of SOPs and organizational policies, including drafting representations, complaints, and related documentation.

Experience:

- 2–6 years of experience in Forensics, Investigations, or Law Enforcement, preferably with corporate work experience.
- CA or CFE with relevant experience in major forensic consulting firms or corporate Ethics & Compliance functions.
