Role Description The Senior Manager role at DigiFin Advisors is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad.

The Senior

Manager will lead and manage end-to-end fundraising advisory engagements, including deal origination, financial analysis, investor mapping, and transaction execution for clients across multiple sectors. This role involves coordinating with internal finance, legal, and management teams to structure deals, prepare investment materials, and support due diligence activities.

Manager will maintain and expand relationships with investors and funding institutions, participate in client meetings, and provide strategic guidance on capital-raising options. Day-to-day responsibilities also include overseeing junior team members, ensuring timely project delivery, and contributing to business development initiatives and firm-wide process improvements.

Qualifications

- Strong financial and analytical skills, including experience in fundraising, financial modeling, valuation, and transaction structuring.
- Proficiency in client advisory and relationship management, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and support senior stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating with legal and compliance teams, and familiarity with due diligence processes and corporate documentation.
- Background in sectors such as Renewable Energy, Real Estate and Infrastructure, Agriculture, Technology, Healthcare, or Hospitality is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CA, MBA) are preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team management, project ownership, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- High level of integrity, detail orientation, and commitment to client service, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
