Role Description The Senior Manager – Accounting & Payroll will lead end-to-end accounting and payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant laws and standards. This full-time, in office role is based in Noida and involves managing the preparation and review of financial statements, supervising journal entries, overseeing fixed asset accounting, and monitoring payroll processing and reconciliations. The role includes reviewing monthly closing activities, managing statutory compliances related to payroll and accounting, and coordinating with auditors, tax advisors, and internal stakeholders.

The Senior

Manager will mentor and guide the accounting and payroll team, implement process improvements,



and support client advisory engagements with financial analysis and reporting insights.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements and core Finance activities.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data and supporting decision-making.
- Experience of managing end to end accounting and payroll of multiple entities concurrently would be an ideal experience for this role
- Candidates should possess hands-on expertise in Journal Entries (Accounting) and general ledger management.
- Candidates should possess experience in managing and accounting for Fixed Assets, including capitalization and depreciation.
- Professional qualification such as CA, CMA, or MBA in Finance with 7+ years' relevant experience is highly beneficial.
- Significant experience in accounting and payroll management, preferably in advisory or professional services firms.
- Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, payroll regulations, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting and payroll software, advanced MS Excel skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to lead teams, manage deadlines, communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders, and work on-site in Noida.
