? Position: Senior Legal Manager

? Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

? Experience: 2+ Years

? Key Responsibilities• Handle and supervise legal matters related to company operations, clients, agreements and business transactions.

- Draft, review and negotiate legal agreements, contracts, MoUs, notices and other legal documents.
- Provide legal guidance on company incorporation, Startup India, MSME, GST, government schemes and business compliances.
- Review client documentation and ensure proper legal and regulatory compliance.
- Handle legal notices, correspondence, disputes and documentation and coordinate with external advocates/consultants whenever required.
- Research applicable laws, government regulations, policies and schemes and provide practical legal solutions.
- Supervise and guide the legal team and ensure timely completion of client assignments.
- Coordinate with internal departments, clients, government authorities, consultants and legal professionals.
- Maintain proper records of legal documents, cases, agreements and compliance-related matters.





? Required Skills & Qualifications✅ Any Bachelor’s degree

✅ 2+ years of relevant legal experience

✅ Strong knowledge of Corporate & Commercial Law

✅ Experience in drafting and reviewing legal agreements and documents

✅ Good understanding of business registrations, compliances and government schemes

✅ Strong legal research, communication and negotiation skills

✅ Ability to manage multiple client matters and deadlines

✅ Leadership and team-management skills
