Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Interior Designer role based in Bengaluru North, with compensation up to 6 LPA.

The Senior Interior

Designer will lead residential and commercial interior projects from concept to completion, including space planning, design development, material selection, and coordination with architects, contractors, and vendors.

Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing construction drawings, managing FF&E; specifications and procurement, ensuring design quality and adherence to timelines and budgets, and guiding junior designers as needed. The role involves regular client meetings to understand requirements, present design proposals,



incorporate feedback, and maintain consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Interior Design and FF&E;, including concept development, material selection, and furniture, fixtures, and equipment specification.
- Proficiency in Space Planning to optimize layouts, circulation, and functional zoning for residential and commercial environments.
- Knowledge of Architecture fundamentals and construction processes to collaborate effectively with project stakeholders.
- Ability to create and interpret detailed Construction Drawings and documentation for execution in office.
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools).
- Strong client-facing communication skills and the ability to translate client needs into practical design solutions.
- Experience in residential interiors in the Indian market; exposure to UAE projects or global design standards is an added advantage.
