About the Role

Auramah Valley is looking for an experienced and creative Senior Interior Designer to lead and manage interior design requirements across our luxury real estate and hospitality projects.

The role will be responsible for developing high-quality interior concepts, detailed drawings, material specifications, and design solutions that meet luxury, functional, aesthetic, and hospitality industry standards.

The candidate should have strong exposure to residential interiors, hospitality spaces, luxury finishes, design detailing, and project execution, along with the ability to coordinate effectively with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design & Concept Development

- Develop interior design concepts for luxury residences, villas, apartments, hotels, resorts, restaurants, lounges, and other hospitality spaces.
- Prepare mood boards, material palettes, furniture concepts, finishes, colour schemes, and design presentations.
- Ensure designs reflect Auramah Valley's luxury positioning and project requirements.
- Develop practical and aesthetically strong design solutions while maintaining functionality.

2. Detailed Drawings & Documentation

- Prepare and review 2D layouts, furniture layouts, elevations, sections, ceiling plans, flooring plans, and detailed working drawings.
- Prepare accurate dimensions and construction details for execution.
- Develop material, furniture, fixture, and finish specifications.
- Coordinate drawings with architectural, MEP, structural, and other project requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation and revision control.

3. Real Estate & Residential Interiors

- Design luxury residential interiors with a strong understanding of premium living standards.
- Develop space planning for bedrooms, living areas, kitchens, bathrooms, wardrobes,



offices, lounges, and other residential spaces.
- Ensure design decisions consider functionality, maintenance, durability, and customer expectations.

4. Hospitality Interior Design

- Handle interior design requirements for hotels, resorts, restaurants, guest rooms, public areas, lounges, reception areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Understand hospitality design standards, guest experience, operational requirements, durability, and ease of maintenance.
- Ensure designs are both visually appealing and operationally practical.

5. Project Coordination & Execution

- Coordinate with project teams, architects, contractors, vendors, and consultants during execution.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor design implementation.
- Review workmanship, materials, finishes, dimensions, and design details against approved drawings.
- Identify design or execution deviations and coordinate corrective actions.
- Support the project team in resolving design-related site issues.

6. Vendor & Material Coordination

- Research and recommend suitable materials, furniture, fixtures, finishes, fabrics, lighting, and accessories.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for samples, quotations, specifications, and technical details.
- Evaluate materials based on quality, aesthetics, durability, availability, and project requirements.

7. Quality & Industry Standards

- Ensure all designs maintain appropriate luxury residential and hospitality industry standards.
- Maintain consistency in design language, detailing, finishes, and overall project quality.
- Keep updated with current interior design trends, hospitality standards, materials, technologies, and sustainable design practices.





Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong experience in luxury residential and/or hospitality interior projects.
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and working knowledge of SketchUp / 3D software.
- Strong understanding of space planning, materials, furniture, finishes, lighting, and detailing.
- Ability to read and prepare technical drawings.
- Strong site execution and project coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and design presentation tools.
- Robust communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple design requirements and meet project timelines.

Key Performance Expectations The Senior Interior Designer will be expected to:
- Deliver designs aligned with Auramah Valley's luxury brand standards.
- Maintain accuracy and quality in drawings and design documentation.
- Ensure approved designs are properly implemented at site.
- Coordinate effectively with all project stakeholders.
- Maintain project timelines and design deliverables.
- Minimise design-related execution errors and rework.
- Continuously improve design quality, functionality, and guest/resident experience.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
