Senior HR

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior HR professional to join our team in Thrissur. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of HR experience in an IT company, along with strong knowledge of HR processes, statutory compliance, and employee management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, and training programs.
- Manage statutory compliance related to ESI, PF, and other applicable labour laws.
- Maintain HR records, documentation, and employee data.
- Support employee engagement and internal HR initiatives.
- Handle HR-related queries and provide appropriate support to employees.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and other HR processes.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively.

Requirements

- 3+ years of relevant HR experience in an IT company is mandatory.




- Strong knowledge of IT industry practices and work environments.
- Good understanding of ESI, PF, statutory compliance, and applicable labour laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Valuable knowledge of HR processes, employee relations, training, and induction.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR activities efficiently.

Qualifications

MBA / Postgraduate degree in HR, Human Resources, or a related field.

Candidates with relevant experience in the IT industry will be preferred.

Salary

Salary will be offered based on the candidate's skills, experience, and interview performance, in accordance with company standards.
