We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Manager - HR to manage and drive HR initiatives across our India operations. This role is crucial in executing our people’s strategy, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring seamless alignment with business goals. The Senior Manager will act as a critical bridge between executive leadership and the workforce, overseeing day-to-day HR operations and guiding the HR team.

Experience:

-10–14 years of progressive experience in Human Resources

-5–7 years of experience in a managerial or team leadership capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

-Implement and execute HR strategies that are strictly aligned with overall business objectives.

-Manage end-to-end HR functions on a daily basis, including talent acquisition,

performance management, and compliance.

-Drive initiatives to strengthen organizational culture and foster an inclusive work environment.

-Collaborate with business leadership to execute workforce planning and facilitate talent development.

-Administer competitive compensation and perks programs to attract and retain top talent.

-Ensure strict maintenance of compliance with local labor laws and statutory regulations.

-Actively lead and support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization.





-Facilitate and implement learning and development programs designed to continually enhance employee growth.

-Advise mid-level management and leadership on HR policies, employee relations, and people strategies.

-Monitor, track, and analyze HR metrics to support leadership in data-driven decision-

making.

Key Requirements:

-Master’s degree in HR or a related field.

-10–14 years of total experience in HR, with a strong managerial and leadership track record.

-Solid operational expertise in labor laws, statutory compliance, and multi-location HR management.

-Strong team leadership, effective communication, and robust relationship-building skills.

-Proven ability to support and drive HR transformation within fast-paced, dynamic environments.

-Hands-on experience in executing people strategy, facilitating decision-making, and driving organizational development.
