- Corporate Hiring, onboarding and employee lifecycle. Manage probation, confirmation, performance reviews, salary revisions and exits. Handle employee grievances, discipline, engagement and retention. Guide and supervise the HR Recruiter &
- HR Intern. Maintain HR MIS, policies,



employee records and HR processes. Coordinate with Management &
- Accounts for payroll and employee-related matters.

Candidate

Requirements 5 years of relevant HR experience , preferably in Real Estate. Current/most recent Real Estate Channel Partner (CP) experience preferred. Candidates from Insurance / Hospitality & other industry may also be considered with relevant HR experience and solid career stability.
