About ALTRcare

ALTRcare is a doctor-led medical weight loss programme. Patients get a consultation with a senior specialist (endocrinology, internal medicine, diabetology), a personalised diet plan, medication delivered home, and regular doctor follow-ups. Our patients typically lose 10 to 12 kg in 3 to 4 months. We are bootstrapped, profitable, growing fast, and run in-person in office in Indore.

The Role

As Senior Health Advisor, you guide every enquiry from first contact to enrolment. You will not cold call random lists. All leads are warm and come to us via referrals, organic content, and performance marketing. Your job is to understand each person, answer their questions honestly, book them a doctor consultation, and help them choose the right plan.

You will handle 80 to 100 warm leads a day over calls and WhatsApp.

What You Will Do

- Call and message new leads
- Understand their weight history, health concerns and budget before recommending anything
- Book doctor consultations and follow up after the consult to enrol them
- Explain plans clearly and handle questions on price, side effects and comparisons
- Guide patients through the close and hand enrolled patients to our care team




- Log every call and outcome in our lead tracker the same day
- Re-engage warm leads and manage renewals for patients you enrolled

You Are a Fit If You Have
- 2+ years in high-ticket sales or counselling: IVF, skin, hair or cosmetic clinics, health insurance, fitness or health programmes
- A track record you can prove: targets, conversion rate, best month
- Excellent spoken English and Hindi, and clear written English on WhatsApp
- Comfort with Google Sheets or a CRM
- Bonus: understanding of diabetes, PCOS, thyroid or nutrition

Salary and Perks

- Fixed: Rs 20,000 to 30,000 per month, based on experience
- Incentive: 7% on every new plan, 4% on renewals from patients you enrolled. Uncapped, paid monthly
- Top performers earn Rs 60,000 to 80,000+ per month
- Monday to Saturday, 11 AM to 8 PM, in office in Indore
- 1-month probation
