Neo Tokyo is hiring a Senior Graphic Designer to own its visual identity and every static and digital design asset in-house. That covers social and ad creatives, print, B2B sales collateral, brand identity, and website/UI design.

- Company: Neo Tokyo, tech infrastructure (custom PCs, workstations, servers, networking, AMC) for B2C, B2B and Enterprise clients
- Location: Kochi, Kerala — full time, on-site
- Reports to: Founder & CEO
- Works with: Senior Video Editor (shared brand system), content capture team, Revenue & Growth team (sales collateral and campaigns)
- Split with the video editor: the designer owns the brand system and all static/UI design; the editor owns video, motion and thumbnails, built on the designer's templates

Key responsibilities
- Brand identity — build and maintain brand guidelines (logo usage, colour, type, tone of visuals) for Neo Tokyo and its sub-brands; keep every output on-brand.
- Social and ad statics — design carousels, posters, festive/occasion posts and static ad creatives in every placement size, with variants for A/B testing.
- Print and collateral — brochures, product spec sheets,



standees, banners, event and showroom signage, packaging inserts and stickers; deliver print-ready files and coordinate with printers.
- B2B sales collateral — proposal templates, pitch decks, company profile, case-study layouts and quotation formats for the Revenue & Growth team.
- Website and UI/UX — design website pages, landing pages and campaign microsites in Figma; produce wireframes, prototypes and developer-ready handoff; design internal tool screens when needed.
- Template system — create reusable templates (social, thumbnails, decks, proposals) so the video editor and sales team produce on-brand work without the designer on every piece.
- Asset library — organise and version all source files, brand assets and exports in one shared library.
- Performance review — review ad creative and landing-page results with the ads owner and iterate on what converts.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
