About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with a robust creative vision, excellent design skills and a passion for exploring what’s next in visual communication.

You should be someone who understands trends before they become mainstream, experiments with new creative styles and knows how to combine traditional design skills with AI-powered creative tools.

This role is for a designer who can take ownership of creative projects — from concept to final execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead creative design for brands, social media campaigns, digital advertising and marketing communications
- Develop robust creative concepts and visual directions for campaigns
- Create high-quality designs for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other digital platforms
- Develop campaign key visuals, social media creatives, carousels, thumbnails, advertisements and branding assets
- Identify and apply the latest design, typography, motion and social media trends
- Use AI tools to generate concepts, visual references, compositions and production-ready creative assets
- Explore advanced AI workflows to improve creativity, efficiency and design quality
- Combine AI-generated elements with professional design execution rather than relying on ready-made outputs
- Work closely with content, digital marketing, video and strategy teams




- Present creative concepts and explain the thinking behind the design
- Maintain consistency across brand guidelines while introducing fresh visual approaches
- Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery
- Guide and support junior designers when required

Skills We’re Looking For

- Strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Good working knowledge of Figma, Canva and After Effects is an advantage
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, composition and visual hierarchy
- Excellent knowledge of current digital and social media design trends
- Hands-on experience with AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Canva AI or similar platforms
- Ability to develop original concepts using AI as part of the creative workflow
- Strong creative problem-solving ability
- Good understanding of branding and marketing communication
- Ability to convert a brief into a strong creative direction
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
