Job Summary

BRANDEC is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense, creativity, and the ability to design engaging creatives for social media, digital marketing campaigns, branding projects, and client requirements.

The candidate should be able to transform marketing ideas into visually appealing designs while maintaining brand consistency and meeting project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creative posters, social media posts, carousels, banners, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Develop creative designs for Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Create visual concepts for digital marketing campaigns and brand promotions.
- Maintain brand identity and consistency across all design materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and video production teams to develop creative concepts.
- Understand client requirements and convert briefs into effective visual designs.
- Design marketing materials for different industries and client brands.
- Work on logo design, brand identity, brochures, presentations, and other branding materials when required.
- Make revisions based on client feedback and internal team suggestions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
- Stay updated with current graphic design trends, creative styles, and digital marketing practices.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Knowledge of Adobe InDesign,



Canva, or other relevant design tools is an advantage.
- Robust understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage time and handle multiple assignments.
- Willingness to learn, experiment, and adapt to different creative styles.

Qualifications
- Degree, diploma, or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and social media creatives is required.
- Relevant work experience in a digital marketing agency is an added advantage.
