Mobile Praman is a verification-first SaaS platform for India's second-hand mobile phone market — IMEI verification, Aadhaar e-Sign seller declarations, GST billing and inventory in one system. Our team brings deep, hands-on experience of how this industry actually works, and the platform is built around real day-to-day dealer workflows. The core platform is built and live in beta with real dealers — we are now scaling it into a production-grade product with web and mobile apps.

THE ROLE We need an all-round senior engineer who can own a live production product end-to-end — web, backend, database and mobile — on a large existing codebase (monorepo, 100+ database tables), plus our upcoming customer and vendor mobile apps.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Maintain and improve the live product — find, fix and prevent production issues in real time
- Build and enhance features across the stack: Next.js web portal & admin, NestJS APIs, PostgreSQL
- Develop and ship our Flutter mobile apps (customer app + vendor app) on Android and iOS
- Take existing modules to production quality — bug fixing, edge cases, performance and UX
- Write automated tests (unit + end-to-end)



so new changes never break old features
- Handle deployments, monitoring and rollbacks on AWS
- Use AI coding tools daily to move fast — while reviewing, testing and owning every line of code

MUST-HAVE
- 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience
- Strong TypeScript / JavaScript with hands-on Next.js (or React) and NestJS (or Node.js backend)
- Flutter & Dart — at least one app built and published (Play Store / App Store)
- PostgreSQL (or another SQL database): schema design, migrations, query optimisation
- Experience maintaining a LIVE product with real users — production debugging, hotfixes, rollbacks
- Real, daily experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot or similar) — and the ability to write, read and debug code confidently WITHOUT them
- Experience working in a large existing codebase, not only new projects
- Clean Git workflow and the habit of testing your own work

GOOD TO HAVE
- Supabase, row-level security, multi-tenant SaaS
- AWS (Lightsail, Amplify, S3), CI/CD with GitHub Actions, Sentry
- Razorpay, OTP / WhatsApp, KYC or e-Sign API integrations
- Playwright / Jest testing
- Monorepo tools (Turborepo, pnpm workspaces)
- Hindi / Gujarati communication

SELECTION PROCESS (7–10 days)

3. One technical round (90 min): live debugging without AI tools, a task with AI tools, and a production-issue scenario
4. Reference & background check, then offer

WHAT WE OFFER
- Salary:



₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)
- Written performance review at 6 months — revision to ₹55,000 – ₹60,000 on meeting agreed milestones
- ESOP eligibility for early team members (as per company policy)
- Saturday half day · Sunday off
- 12 paid leaves per year (after probation) + 8 festival / national holidays + birthday leave
- Flexible entry window (9:45 – 10:15 AM)
- Comp-off for any after-hours production support
