Role Description The Senior Financial Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Hyderabad Area. This role is responsible for preparing, analyzing, and interpreting financial reports and statements to support data-driven decision-making.

The Senior Financial

Analyst will lead budgeting and forecasting processes, perform variance and trend analysis, and provide actionable insights to management and cross-functional teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining financial models, supporting strategic and operational planning, monitoring key performance indicators, and ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial data. The role also involves collaborating with business stakeholders to evaluate investments, assess financial risks and opportunities,



and improve overall financial performance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills in Financial Planning and Finance to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret complex data, perform variance analysis, and generate actionable insights.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Financial Statements and Financial Reporting to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of reports.
- Candidates should possess advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, including scenario and sensitivity analysis.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication and presentation abilities to explain financial findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant experience in corporate finance, FP&A;, or investment analysis; experience in mobility, transportation, or technology-driven businesses is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a relevant advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA, MBA) is preferred.
