Role Description The Senior Finance Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. This role involves managing and reviewing financial statements, supporting monthly and quarterly closing activities, and preparing accurate financial reports for internal stakeholders and external compliance needs.

The Senior Finance

Associate will monitor budgets, track variances, and provide data-driven insights to support strategic and operational decisions. Daily responsibilities include reconciling accounts, ensuring adherence to financial controls and policies,



collaborating with cross-functional teams on financial matters, and assisting in audits and regulatory filings. The role requires proactive communication with leadership to highlight risks, opportunities, and recommendations for improving financial performance and processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills in Finance and the preparation and analysis of Financial Statements.
- Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data, identifying trends, and supporting decision-making.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Reporting, including compliance-oriented reports and management dashboards.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for collaborating with teams and presenting financial insights.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Experience with accounting software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills.
