We are looking for a result-driven Senior Executive – Offline Sales to drive field expansion and revenue growth in offline markets across Noida and nearby regions

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building robust relationships with retailers, distributors, and dealers, managing order bookings, and ensuring market penetration for our range of appliance and electrical products

? Role: Senior Executive – Offline Sales

Key Responsibilities

- Market Expansion & Field Visits: Conduct regular visits to local markets, electronic retailers, distributors, and retail counters to promote and sell products .

- Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify potential business opportunities, generate field leads, and convert them into successful orders .

- Product Demonstration: Present and demonstrate product features, specifications, pricing, and utility to retail partners and clients .

- Order & Account Management: Manage order bookings, payment collections, delivery coordination, and regular follow-ups .





- Market Intelligence: Perform market surveys to evaluate demand, spot emerging territory opportunities, and track competitor activity .

- Reporting: Maintain structured records of client visits and daily field operations, reporting performance directly to the Reporting Manager .

Qualifications & Skill Requirements
- Experience: 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in offline or field sales .

- Industry Background: Prior experience in electronics, electrical goods, home appliances, home automation, or utility product sales is highly preferred .

- Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, market mapping, and interpersonal communication skills .

- Logistics: Must own a operational two-wheeler and a smartphone for daily field sales work .

- Mindset: Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable navigating field routes independently .
