Handle SEBI, MCA, IEPF and Companies Act compliance; manage investor grievances and complaints; draft replies and legal statements; coordinate with clients, RTAs and authorities; and maintain compliance records.
Required Candidate profile
CS/CS Inter/CA Inter/CMA Inter/Qualified CS. Solid English communication, drafting, analytical and problem-solving skills. Hindi proficiency is an added advantage.
