About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Client Servicing Executive who can take ownership of client projects from briefing to final execution .

This person will be the bridge between the client, sales, creative, technology, production, operations and vendors .

What You Will Do

- Understand client requirements and convert briefs into actionable internal requirements.




- Handle day-to-day communication with clients and maintain solid relationships.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations and project documentation.
- Coordinate with Creative, Tech, Production and Operations teams.
- Track project timelines, deliverables and budgets.
- Manage client approvals and follow-ups.
- Coordinate event setup, rehearsals, demos and on-ground execution.
- Be present at events when required and ensure smooth client experience.
- Identify opportunities for additional solutions and upselling.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ensure proper project closure, feedback and documentation.

Who We're Looking For Experience: 3–5 years in client servicing / experiential marketing / advertising / events.

We want someone who

- Can independently handle clients.
- Has excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Is extremely strong with follow-ups and coordination .
- Can work under pressure and tight event timelines.
- Understands how events and production work.
- Can coordinate multiple teams without constant supervision.
- Is comfortable travelling for events.
- Takes ownership rather than waiting for instructions .

Employment: Full-time

Salary: ₹5–8 LPA, depending on experience
