Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Executive – Performance Marketing to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.

The role requires strong hands-on expertise in paid advertising platforms, a data-driven approach to campaign optimization, and the ability to independently own campaigns and drive measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

- Strategize, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, Amazon Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Own campaign performance and optimize key business KPIs including CAC, LTV, Retention, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and Conversion Rate.
- Stay ahead of evolving advertising products, platform updates, targeting options, bidding strategies, and optimization techniques.
- Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends and performance gaps, and independently recommend and implement optimization strategies.
- Conduct root-cause analysis of significant changes in campaign and business performance and take corrective actions.
- Design and execute A/B and multivariate experiments across campaigns, creatives, audiences,



and channels to improve marketing efficiency.
- Evaluate the impact and attribution of high-reach channels such as YouTube and Programmatic using relevant business KPIs.
- Work closely with the Analytics team to build performance reports and present actionable insights to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Creative team to conceptualize and develop campaigns based on consumer behaviour, performance insights, and business objectives.
- Understand user behaviour and digital consumption trends to identify opportunities for campaign and product improvement.
- Independently manage campaign budgets, performance targets, and optimization decisions with minimal supervision.
- Mentor and support junior team members by sharing campaign knowledge, optimization practices, and platform expertise.

Job Requirements

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing.
- In-depth expertise in advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Amazon Ads.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing KPIs including CAC, LTV, Retention, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and Conversion Rate.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify performance issues and derive actionable solutions from data.
- Hands-on experience with campaign optimization, budget allocation, audience targeting, bidding, and scaling campaigns.
- Experience in designing and evaluating A/B or multivariate experiments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets is an added advantage.
- Strong interest in user behaviour, internet trends, and evolving digital advertising technologies.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of campaigns, and make data-backed decisions.
- A good understanding of content, copy, and creative strategy is a plus.
