- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
- 5+ years of PHE/plumbing contracting experience
- Proven experience on commercial, residential and institutional projects, including high-rise buildings
- Ability to read and interpret PHE drawings, BOQs and specifications
- Hands-on experience with billing and quantity measurement
- Comfortable working with PMCs and consultants
- Good communication in English and Tamil
- Must be willing to travel extensively to project sites and work on-site for extended periods
Valuable to have
- Experience with AutoCAD and MS Excel
- Exposure to industrial or large-scale projects
