Role & responsibilities

- Manage and execute finishing works including plastering, tiling, painting, false ceiling, joinery, faade treatments, waterproofing, and interior fit-outs.

- Review architectural and finishing drawings and ensure strict adherence to design, specification, and quality standards.

- Coordinate seamlessly with contractors, vendors, architects, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.

- Conduct detailed site inspections to monitor construction progress, enforce quality, and ensure adherence to technical and safety standards.

- Plan and manage material procurement, logistics, and resource allocation to drive productivity and minimize delays.

- Interpret technical drawings and engineering plans including blueprints, topographical and geologic data.

- Supervise daily site activities, guide junior engineers, and ensure subcontractor compliance.

- Identify and mitigate risks proactively to prevent cost overruns, delays, and safety issues.

- Maintain comprehensive project documentation such as progress reports, site diaries, change requests, and quality control records.

- Analyze cost factors, identify value engineering opportunities, and support strict budget adherence.
