Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day civil/site execution activities as per drawings, specifications and project schedule.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, vendors and project teams for smooth execution.
- Monitor work progress, manpower, materials and site productivity.
- Ensure quality, safety and timely completion of assigned works.
- Review drawings, BOQs and technical requirements and coordinate with the concerned teams for resolving site issues.
- Prepare and monitor daily/weekly/monthly progress reports.
- Support project planning, scheduling and progress tracking.
- Identify delays,
execution issues and coordinate corrective actions.
- Maintain proper site records, measurements and documentation.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
- Good understanding of project planning and progress monitoring.
- Working knowledge of MS Project (MSP), Primavera P6 and Power BI (BI) is required.
- Ability to interpret drawings, BOQs and specifications.
- Valuable coordination, communication and team-handling skills.
- Knowledge of quality and safety requirements at construction sites.
- Ability to work at project sites and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in industrial / infrastructure / EPC projects, particularly those having experience with large project environments, will be preferred.
Note: Willingness to work at the Jamnagar project site is essential.
