Role Description The Senior Electrical Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for overseeing electrical maintenance activities, managing day-to-day operations of electrical systems, and ensuring secure and reliable functioning of all electrical equipment.

Supervisor will plan and allocate work for electrical technicians, provide technical guidance, and monitor compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Responsibilities include inspecting and troubleshooting electrical systems, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance, reviewing technical drawings and specifications, and maintaining accurate documentation and reports. The role also involves liaising with internal stakeholders and external vendors, supporting project execution, and contributing to continuous improvement of electrical processes.
Qualifications
- Strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, task allocation, and performance monitoring.
- Hands-on experience in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial or building electrical systems.
- Solid understanding of electricity, electrical engineering principles, and applicable safety standards.
- Proficiency in working with electrical equipment, including installation, testing, and preventive maintenance.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Knowledge of local electrical codes and regulations in India.
- Proven ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety practices.
- Effective communication and coordination skills for working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Experience in supervising electrical teams in a similar environment is highly desirable.
