Role Description The Senior Electrical QC Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot. This role is responsible for leading the quality control function for electrical distribution panels and related products, ensuring compliance with internal standards, client specifications, and relevant industry codes. Day-to-day activities include planning and executing inspection and testing procedures, reviewing technical drawings and documentation, supervising QC engineers and technicians, and coordinating with production and design teams to resolve quality issues.

Electrical QC Manager will prepare and maintain quality reports, support root cause analyses, implement corrective and preventive actions,



and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and systems. The role also involves regular interaction with clients and project stakeholders to address quality-related requirements and audits.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in electrical engineering, particularly in electrical distribution panels, automation panels, DG sets, UPS, and transformer systems.
- 2+ years of experience in quality control and assurance, including inspection, testing, documentation, and compliance with relevant electrical standards and regulations.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and technical drawings, with solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor QC teams, coordinate with cross-functional departments, and manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Familiarity with SITC (Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning) practices and quality procedures for industrial and renewable energy projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting, client interaction, and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline; relevant professional certifications in quality or electrical systems are an advantage.
- Hands-on experience in industrial or power sector environments; exposure to renewable energy solutions is highly desirable.
- Robust focus on safety, adherence to company policies, and commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
