Role Description The Senior Electrical role is a full-time, in office position based in Jaipur. The individual in this role will oversee electrical systems across the healthcare facility, including power distribution, lighting, and critical equipment supply. Day-to-day tasks include designing and reviewing electrical layouts, supervising installation and maintenance, troubleshooting faults, and ensuring uninterrupted power for clinical operations.

The role involves coordinating with facility management, vendors, and maintenance teams to uphold safety standards, regulatory compliance, and energy efficiency.

The Senior

Electrical professional will also support planning for upgrades,



emergency backup systems, and preventive maintenance schedules.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Electricity and Electrical Engineering, with the ability to apply core principles in a healthcare facility environment.
- Proficiency in Electrical Design, including creating and reviewing layouts, single-line diagrams, and load calculations.
- Experience with Power Generation and backup systems (e.g., generators, UPS) to ensure continuous power for critical hospital operations.
- Hands-on expertise with Electrical Equipment, including installation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Prior experience in hospital, industrial, or large commercial facility electrical systems is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of relevant electrical codes, safety standards, and local regulatory requirements.
- Ability to lead and mentor technical staff, manage contractors, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and capability to work in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment.
