About the RoleWe are looking for a highly experienced, dedicated and target-oriented Senior Digital Marketing Sales Manager who can independently handle incoming inquiries, conduct customer meetings and close digital marketing service deals.

The candidate must be confident in conducting 10–15 Google Meet/Zoom meetings per day, understanding customer requirements, presenting solutions, handling objections, upselling services and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound digital marketing inquiries/leads provided by the company.
- Call customers and understand their business requirements.
- Conduct one-to-one Google Meet / Zoom meetings.
- Give professional presentations and service demonstrations.
- Recommend the right digital marketing package according to the customer's requirements.
- Sell and upsell Performance Marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Lead Generation, Website, App and Social Media Marketing services.
- Handle customer objections and negotiations.
- Follow up with interested prospects.
- Independently close deals and achieve monthly targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing and execution teams after closing.
- Maintain proper CRM and sales pipeline records.
- Send quotations, proposals and follow-up emails to customers.
- Build long-term relationships with clients.





Daily Performance RequirementThe selected candidate must be comfortable conducting: 10–15 customer meetings/demos per day

Meetings will primarily be conducted through Google Meet / Zoom.

Because customers may be located across India, the candidate must be flexible to attend late-evening customer meetings whenever required.

Monthly Sales Target? Minimum Target: 30 Deals per Month

This is a target-based sales position. Candidates must have a proven ability to consistently close B2B digital marketing service deals.

Required ExperienceMinimum 3 years of relevant sales experience in selling digital marketing services.

Candidate RequirementsThe ideal candidate must:
- Have 3–4+ years of digital marketing service sales experience.
- Have strong B2B/B2C sales and closing experience.
- Be capable of independently converting inquiries into paid customers.
- Be confident conducting one-to-one online demos.
- Have excellent Hindi and English communication skills.
- Be able to speak, write and communicate professionally in English.
- Be capable of preparing/sending professional emails and proposals.




- Have strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Be highly target-oriented and result-driven.
- Be comfortable with 10–15 customer meetings every day.
- Be available for late-evening customer meetings when required.

Minimum Contract/Commitment: 6 Months

Preferred Contract Period: 1 Year
