- Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and workflows that support analytics, reporting, and modelling needs.

- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for the business.
/n
- Build, validate, and maintain statistical or machine learning models to solve business problems.
/n
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across sources and pipelines.
/n
- Design and maintain data models, schemas, and warehouses that support scalable analytics.
/n
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business questions into data solutions and clear reporting.
/n
- Contribute to data best practices and continuous improvement initiatives across projects.
/n
- Participate in requirement reviews and help identify data risks early in the development process.
/n /n /n Core Requirements /n /n
- 5+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Data Science,
or Data Engineering.
/n
- Strong experience with SQL and working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
/n
- Hands-on experience with a programming language such as Python, R, or similar.
/n
- Experience building or maintaining data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, or data warehouses.
/n
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.
/n
- Ability to translate business questions into clear, data-driven analysis and recommendations.
/n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
/n
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.

- Experience with big data or cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure, Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar.
/n
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
/n
- Programming experience with data orchestration tools such as Airflow, dbt, or similar.
/n
- AI-forward mindset with active use of AI-assisted tools for data analysis, coding, or modelling (e.g., Claude, Copilot, Cursor).
/n
- Experience contributing to data strategy or quality initiatives at a senior level.
/n
- Comfortable working flexible schedule to overlap with distributed teams across different time zones.
