Location: Europe, Poland, Kazakhstan (remote) Client: is a global mobility platform with a peer-to-peer pricing model, where passengers and drivers negotiate and agree on fares directly. Founded in 2013, operates in 600+ cities across 45+ countries and offers services including ride-hailing, intercity travel, and delivery. The company focuses on fair pricing, transparency, and social impact. The Senior Business / System Analyst plays a key role in designing, analyzing, and implementing finance automation initiatives. This role bridges the gap between business and technical teams, ensuring that financial processes are optimized and supported by effective system solutions.

The Senior Business / System Analyst ensures that automation initiatives deliver measurable efficiency, accuracy, and compliance improvements across key finance processes. The role also supports the PMO (Project Management Office) and Finance leaders by translating business needs into explicit non-functional and functional, technical requirements, and maintaining crucial documentation.

Duration of cooperation: 3–4+ months, with the possibility of extension Tasks

- Business and Process Analysis Collects, documents, and validates business requirements from stakeholders. Conducts fit-gap analysis for system or process changes. Maps current “as-is” and future “to-be” business processes and identifies automation or standardization opportunities. Ensures all requirements align with business strategy and compliance standards.




- Solution Design and Implementation Support Translates business requirements into detailed functional specifications. Cooperates with cross-functional teams to ensure correct implementation and testing. Supports UAT (user acceptance testing) planning, execution, and defect resolution. Validates implemented solutions against initial requirements.
- Data and Reporting Works with data and BI teams to ensure accurate data mapping, reconciliation, and reporting design. Supports data validation and integration activities between ERP and external systems.
- Documentation and Stakeholder Communication Maintains clear and structured documentation of all requirements, changes, and decisions. Communicates regularly with key stakeholders on progress, risks, and issues.
- Quality and Continuous Improvement Benchmarks best practices in finance process automation. Supports post-implementation reviews and lessons-learned sessions.

Our Expectations Of The Ideal Candidate

- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or a related area is required. Industry experience can be varied, but experience in technology, finance, ERP implementation, or consulting is highly beneficial.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) is a plus.
- Skilled in process modeling (BPMN, UML, flowcharts).
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, SQL).
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and collaboration tools.




- Knowledge of testing methodologies and UAT coordination.

English: Intermediate Nice-to-Have

- Power BI, Tableau are a plus.
- Familiarity with automation technologies (RPA, Power Automate, UiPath) is a plus.
- Knowledge of finance processes is a plus.
