? Job Title: Senior Database Administrator

We are looking for experienced DBA professionals to join the DBA team and work on the design, implementation, optimization, security, and maintenance of mission-critical database environments supporting financial services platforms.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Administer and optimize relational & NoSQL databases across production and non-production environments
- Design and implement backup, recovery & disaster recovery strategies
- Monitor database performance and proactively resolve bottlenecks
- Collaborate with Engineering & DevOps teams on CI/CD and infrastructure automation
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security & regulatory standards such as PCI DSS and SOC 2
- Perform capacity planning & scalability initiatives for high-volume transaction systems
- Handle database-related incident response & root cause analysis
- Maintain database architecture, processes, and technical documentation

?️ Mandatory / Key Skills:





✅ 7+ years of experience in Database Administration / DevOps / SRE

✅ Strong SQL Server DBA experience

✅ Hands-on experience with Azure Cosmos DB / NoSQL databases

✅ Strong SQL & PL/pgSQL knowledge

✅ Database performance tuning & optimization

✅ Experience with Azure Networking & Security

✅ DevOps / SRE experience

✅ Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code

✅ Spacelift / TACO exposure

✅ Cloud database experience – AWS RDS, Aurora, Redshift

✅ Database monitoring tools – Datadog, Prometheus, Redgate

✅ Knowledge of replication, partitioning & high availability

✅ Scripting experience in Python / Bash / PowerShell

⭐ Good to Have:

- Experience in FinTech / Financial Services / Regulated environments
- Data warehouse & analytics platform integration experience
- Knowledge of security controls and database auditing
- Experience with high-volume transaction systems
- Strong communication and documentation skills
