Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Senior Business Development Executive. The responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing and nurturing key client accounts,



and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business objectives. The role will also involve communicating with potential and existing stakeholders to foster strong skilled relationships and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Account Management and maintaining successful client relationships
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders
- Business acumen and strategic thinking to identify market opportunities and drive growth
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and a results-oriented mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Experience in the automotive or engineering services industry is highly advantageous
