The Branch Manager will be responsible for the complete leadership, operations, and performance of the Bhopal branch — including sales team management, customer handling, office administration, and representing Millennium Infra's standards in the Bhopal market. This is a leadership role requiring someone who can independently own outcomes from day one, backed by at least 5 years of real estate industry experience — not just manage day-to-day tasks.

● Independently lead, manage, and grow the Bhopal branch, taking full ownership of its performance and day-to-day functioning.

● Apply strong, prior real estate industry knowledge to confidently handle customer discussions, address objections, and convert enquiries into site visits and bookings from day one.

● Motivate, coach, and manage individual sales team members, maintaining team engagement and driving the team towards clearly defined,



measurable targets.

● Lead structured, regular branch meetings with clear agendas, direction, and accountability for outcomes.

● Proactively identify and resolve staff-related conflicts and disagreements, maintaining a professional, cooperative branch workplace.

● Take full ownership of office upkeep, cleanliness, discipline, and overall professional presentation of the Bhopal office.

● Maintain accurate customer records, lead tracking, and timely reporting to management.

● Ensure team compliance with Company policies, attendance standards, and codes of conduct.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
