Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Atlassian Jira/JSM Developer with solid hands-on experience in Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, automation, integrations, and Atlassian Marketplace applications. The role involves end-to-end implementation, development, integration, testing, deployment, enhancements, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and customize Jira Software and JSM, including workflows, screens, fields, schemes, permissions, request types, portals, queues, SLAs, approvals and notifications.
- Design scalable solutions based on business and technical requirements.
- Develop and maintain REST API, Webhooks and system integrations.
- Implement inbound, outbound and bidirectional data synchronization.
- Work with Getint or equivalent Atlassian Marketplace integration tools.
- Integrate Jira/JSM with Oracle HRMS/Oracle Fusion, Microsoft Teams and other enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot Jira, automation and integration issues and perform RCA.
- Handle development, testing, deployment, documentation and post-production support.




- Work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams on enhancements and projects.
- Prefer Jira-native/Marketplace capabilities before custom development.

Experience with OAuth 2.0, API Tokens, RBAC, HTTPS/TLS and secure credential management is required.

Eligibility

- 8+ years overall IT experience
- 5+ years hands-on Jira/JSM experience
- Strong enterprise implementation and production support experience
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field
- Python/Java knowledge is an advantage
- Atlassian/ITIL certifications are an advantage
