Hiring | Senior Audit Associate – US Assurance

We are hiring Senior Audit Associates for a leading US accounting and advisory firm with opportunities across Real Estate and Not-for-Profit (NFP) Assurance .

Locations:

- Real Estate: Mumbai / Chennai
- Not-for-Profit: Mumbai / Chennai / Hyderabad

Role & Responsibilities

- Lead and execute end-to-end audit engagements under US GAAP
- Perform audit planning, risk assessment, internal control testing, substantive testing and analytical procedures
- Prepare and review audit workpapers, financial statements and disclosures
- Review the work of Associates and Interns and provide guidance and feedback
- Communicate with US engagement teams and client contacts regarding audit issues and progress




- Ensure compliance with quality standards and engagement timelines

Candidate Requirements

- Qualified CA / CPA
- 2+ years of relevant audit experience
- Robust end-to-end audit and technical knowledge
- US GAAP knowledge is mandatory
- Relevant industry experience in Real Estate or Not-for-Profit preferred
- Candidates with 6 months–1 year of relevant sector exposure may also be considered
- Big Four / similar audit, assurance or CPA firm experience preferred
- Resume should clearly highlight relevant industry experience
