The Role We are looking for an experienced Business Development Leader (20+ Years Experience) from the Civil Construction / Contracting / EPC Industry who knows how to bring construction projects to the table.
Leverage an established network of industrialists, corporate clients, factory owners, developers, PMCs, and structural consultants.
Lead client meetings, project pitching, commercial discussions, and final contract closures.
Track upcoming industrial and commercial projects across key growth regions and secure early-stage entries.
Who Should Apply Experience: Minimum 20+ years of direct experience in bringing construction/contracting business. Industry Focus: Pure-play Construction Contracting / General Contracting / EPC only (No real estate broking/brokerage/housing sales background).
Network: Robust, direct contacts with factory owners, corporate infrastructure heads, PMCs, and structural designers.
Education: Graduate (Civil Engineering preferred, but relevant industry experience and track record matter most).
Direct, result-driven approach with proven closure capabilities.
