- Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain excellent customer service and communication standards




- Follow company processes, quality guidelines and compliance requirements
- Achieve assigned performance and productivity targets

Candidate Requirements

Graduate candidates

Minimum 1 year of International Voice Process experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Solid customer-handling and problem-solving skills

Candidates comfortable with a hybrid work model
