About the Role:

We are looking for a creative, experienced, and highly driven Architect / Interior Designer with strong expertise in both Interior and Exterior Design. The ideal candidate should have strong design knowledge, creativity, communication skills, and the ability to lead and manage a design team.

The candidate should be capable of taking ownership of projects from concept development to design execution and coordinating effectively with internal and site teams. The role is intended for someone who is willing to learn, grow, take responsibility, and build a long-term career with the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Interior & Exterior Design Team.
- Handle projects from concept stage to final design execution.
- Develop creative and functional interior and exterior design concepts.
- Prepare and review 2D drawings, 3D designs, layouts, elevations, and detailed drawings.
- Ensure designs are practical, aesthetically strong, and aligned with client requirements.
- Review design outputs for quality and accuracy.
- Allocate work among designers and ensure timely completion.
- Guide junior designers and improve their design capabilities.
- Coordinate with clients, site engineers, project managers, and internal teams.
- Understand client requirements and convert them into effective design solutions.
- Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Stay updated with design trends, materials, and finishes.
- Take ownership of design-related challenges and provide practical solutions.

- 3–4+ years of relevant Architecture / Interior Design experience.

Qualifications
