We are looking for an experienced Architectural Manager to lead design development and drawing coordination across projects. The role focuses on managing DD & GFC documentation, ensuring seamless stakeholder coordination, and driving quality and timely delivery of construction drawings.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee Design Development (DD) and GFC drawing preparation
- Manage drawing coordination across architectural, structural, and
MEP teams
- Act as a central point for stakeholder coordination (clients,
consultants, contractors)
- Ensure all drawings meet quality standards, project timelines, and compliance requirements
- Review and resolve design discrepancies and coordination issues
- Guide and mentor the architectural team for productive project delivery
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with design intent
- Conduct regular coordination meetings and provide technical inputs
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture
- 10–15 years of experience in architectural design & execution
- Strong expertise in DD & GFC drawings and coordination
- Proven experience in managing teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and related tools
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Profile
- Experience in large-scale residential/commercial projects
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong execution focus
