Job Purpose

Oversee and guide the team to ensure effective functioning and support the Unit Head in completing key operational risk activities, including RCSA, thematic reviews, loss data, ORMC, and ICAAP presentations.

Key Responsibilities

JR 1

Communicate/Interface/meet with unit

Engage with unit heads and senior management to understand activities and processes; Facilitate identification and assessment of operational risks in the unit.

Design/review/update framework requirements in

Align frameworks with regulatory requirements and valuable practices; Organize, design, and analyze operational risk reports.

Oversee and ensure implementation of

Manage projects and tasks as directed by senior management within agreed timelines

• Ensure adherence to operational risk management standards





• Training Needs Of The Employees From Functional Requirement/Inter-Personal Trainings

• Identify and address training needs for functional and interpersonal skills

• Develop and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities

• Review/Updated/Design Policy/Process Documents

• Review and update policy and process documents to ensure compliance

• Design new policies and processes as required.

Education:

MBA in Finance or Chartered Accountant.
