Krolog is an Amazon SPN-certified eCommerce agency helping 600+ brands grow on Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify across 17+ global marketplaces. We're looking for a Senior Amazon Account Manager to own relationships with our largest, high-value brand accounts and lead a team of specialists.
What you'll do
- Own the day-to-day relationship with high-value North American and European brand clients, as their main point of contact.
- Lead regular client calls, performance reviews and strategy discussions with clarity and confidence.
- Drive account growth across Seller Central: listings, catalog, account health, inventory planning and advertising strategy.
- Turn performance data into explicit action plans and client-ready reports.
- Lead, mentor and coordinate a team of Amazon specialists (PPC, listings, catalog, creative), assigning work and checking its quality.
- Spot problems early (suppressions, account health, stock-outs, ad inefficiency) and resolve them before they affect the client.
- Identify growth and expansion opportunities for each account.
What we're looking for
- 4+ years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience,
including Vendor Central if possible.
- Proven experience managing North American and/or European clients directly.
- Leadership experience managing or guiding a team.
- Excellent spoken and written English, comfortable leading calls with senior client stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of Amazon PPC, listing optimization, account health and marketplace operations.
- Analytical mindset: comfortable with Business Reports, advertising data and spreadsheets.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage several accounts at once.
Nice to have
- Experience with Helium 10, Data Dive or similar tools.
- Exposure to Walmart, TikTok Shop or Shopify.
- Agency experience.
