Senior Accounts Executive Puneet Apparels

Puneet Apparels, a textile and apparel company, is looking for a Senior Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial documentation, reconciliations, statutory compliance, and timely reporting. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, GST and TDS, along with good working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software. The role will involve coordination with internal teams, vendors, customers, auditors, and management to ensure smooth and compliant accounting operations.

- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, journal entries, and other accounting records.
- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, customers, and other stakeholders regarding accounting-related matters.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
- Prepare financial reports and MIS as required.
- Verify bills, invoices, expenses, and supporting documents before processing.




- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and follow up as required.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors and provide required financial documents and information.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company accounting policies.
- Support management with financial analysis and other accounting-related requirements.
- Perform all other key assignments given by management.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Immediate joiner, local candidate, and male candidates preferred.
- 13 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance; freshers may also apply.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory accounting requirements.
