Senior Accountant at Raj Riveria Hotel

Location: Muvattupuzha, Kerala Position Type: Full-Time

Raj Riveria Hotel is seeking a meticulous and experienced Senior Accountant to lead our financial operations. If you have a robust background in hospitality finance, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to accuracy, we invite you to join our management team in Muvattupuzha.

Key Responsibilities

- Revenue Management: Oversee the daily reconciliation of room revenues, food and beverage (F&B;) sales, and third-party Online Travel Agency (OTA) commissions.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, profit and loss (P&L;) statements, and MIS reports for management review.
- General Ledger & Compliance: Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), ensure timely GST filings, and maintain strict compliance with all statutory financial regulations.
- Inventory & Cost Control: Collaborate with the procurement and F&B; teams to monitor inventory, conduct yield audits, and reconcile vendor ledger accounts.
- Cash Flow & Payroll: Manage daily cash flows, conduct bank reconciliations, and oversee the processing of monthly employee payroll.





Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of dedicated accounting experience in the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com), Finance, or a related field.
- Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP and solid familiarity with standard Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Skills: Strong analytical abilities, independent problem-solving skills, and high ethical standards regarding financial confidentiality.
