Job Summary The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting, project/site accounts, billing, payments, financial records, and statutory compliance for Leo Multiservices’ industrial and commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting records, vouchers, ledgers and financial transactions.

- Handle project-wise/site-wise accounting and expense tracking.

- Prepare and verify client bills, contractor bills, purchase bills and payment statements.

- Manage accounts receivable and payable, including follow-up for outstanding payments.

- Reconcile bank, vendor, client and ledger accounts regularly.

- Verify invoices, purchase orders, work orders and supporting documents.

- Monitor project expenses, advances and material-related payments.

- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, HR and management for financial information.

- Prepare MIS reports, cash-flow statements and project-wise financial reports.

- Handle GST, TDS, PT, PF/ESIC-related accounting records and coordinate statutory filings with consultants, as applicable.

- Support month-end and year-end closing,



audits and financial documentation.

- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of all accounting and project documents.

- Identify accounting discrepancies and resolve them promptly.

- Maintain confidentiality of company financial information.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification.

- 4–7 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in construction/industrial projects.

- Solid knowledge of Tally/ERP, MS Excel and accounting systems.

- Good understanding of GST, TDS and construction/project accounting.

- Strong analytical, communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
