Position Overview:

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing the company’s financial operations, ensuring accuracy in accounting records, compliance with statutory regulations, and providing strategic financial insights to support business decisions. This role requires strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and leadership in overseeing accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Accounting & Reporting:

- Oversee and manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, ledger management, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and review financial statements such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end and year-end closing activities.

Compliance & Taxation:

- Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards, tax laws, and statutory requirements.
- Manage GST, TDS, and other regulatory filings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits and ensure proper documentation.

Financial Analysis & Planning:

- Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to improve cost efficiency and profitability.
- Assist management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements to ensure smooth financial operations.





Process & Controls:

- Establish and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best accounting practices.

Team & Stakeholder Management:

- Supervise and guide junior accounting staff and ensure task completion with high accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial data and reporting requirements.

Administrative & Operational Support:

- Oversee financial aspects of office administration and vendor payments.
- Ensure proper maintenance of financial records and documentation for transparency and audit readiness.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Qualified certifications (CA Inter/CA/CPA or equivalent) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail

Required Experience:

- Maximum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Experience in handling end-to-end accounting processes and compliance.
