Role Description The Senior Accountant will manage the full spectrum of accounting and financial reporting activities to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial information for Clean Blast International LLC. This full-time, on-site role is based in Thiruvananthapuram and involves overseeing general ledger entries, preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and coordinating account reconciliations. The role includes monitoring cash flow, managing payables and receivables, supervising invoicing and billing processes, and supporting budgeting and forecasting.

The Senior

Accountant will also review tax computations,



assist with audits, maintain internal controls, and recommend process improvements. Collaboration with operations, procurement, and management teams is expected to provide financial insights that support decision-making and business growth.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in core accounting functions, including general ledger management, account reconciliation, financial statement preparation, and month-end/year-end closing.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning to support strategic and operational decisions.
- Knowledge of tax regulations, compliance requirements, and audit processes, with the ability to prepare and review tax-related documentation.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, ERP systems) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills for reporting and data analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain internal controls, implement process improvements, and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; qualified certifications (such as CA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Relevant experience as an Accountant or Senior Accountant, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, industrial services, or related sectors.
