About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Sales Executives to join our fast-growing fintech team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and early-career professionals to build a strong foundation in sales and the fintech industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calling to potential customers to generate leads.
- Explain and guide customers about our various loan products.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate financial solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales, telecalling, or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi and/or English.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Ability to work in an on-site, fast-paced setting.
Working Hours
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday – Saturday)
